James came to Huddersfield to do his law degree during which he met his future wife and upon completion of his training, married and settled down in the area. He has practised family law since qualification, working for a short period in Leeds before returning to the firm. James advises clients both in divorce proceedings and in cases involving their children and is developing his specialisation in advising high net worth private clients and protecting their interests through divorce.
His growing reputation in this field leads to a great deal of his work coming from personal referrals.
James is married with two children and remains committed to the local area.
