Carol Dolman

Practice Manager

Carol joined the firm in 1983 becoming Practice Manager in 1995.  During this time Carol has been involved with:

• the firm successfully gaining the Law Society's Lexcel accreditation for internal practice standards;
• purchasing and implementing new IT systems across the practice and its branches;
• overseeing three mergers of other firms into the practice.

Carol manages all finance, personnel and premises matters including Health and Safety, plus leading on all audit requirements.  Carol assists with the overall management of the practice.

Carol left the firm in 1987 to relocate to Scotland with her husband but they returned in 1989 when Carol rejoined the practice.  Carol has been married for 37 years and has recently become a grandmother for the fourth time.
