Ashley Iredale is a Wills and Inheritance Tax Planning Solicitor and a Partner at Armitage Sykes LLP.
Ashley advises in relation to Wills, Administration of Estates, creation of family trusts, including lifetime gifts, and in the related inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning issues.
He has experience of dealing with Powers of Attorney in relation to the safekeeping of assets for people who can no longer deal with their own financial affairs.
Ashley qualified in 1988, having trained for two years at the firm which he joined in September 1986. Prior to that, he studied law at Manchester University before completing the Solicitors' Final Examination at Chester Law College. Ashley is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
