Kanika is a Solicitor specialising in Wills, Trust and Probate. She studied at Nottingham Trent University and joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2002, before qualifying in 2004. She is also a registered member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Kanika deals with all aspects of Wills, Trusts and Estate planning work including the preparation of Wills, obtaining Probate and dealing with the administration of Estates.
She has a particular expertise in Inheritance Tax planning issues and the use of Trusts in Estate planning. She also has extensive experience in dealing with high value Estates with complex Trust and property issues.
Kanika also deals with the creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and deals with managing the affairs of clients who are in full-time residential accommodation.
