Derek is a Solicitor within our Private Client department. He studied at the University of Central Lancashire and the College of Law, Chester and qualified as a Solicitor in 2006, having been a trainee with the firm.
Derek specialises in the making of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and the administration of Estates and Trusts, and has dealt with a number of matters advising clients in relation to potentially contentious Wills and Estates.
He became a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners ('STEP') in 2011 which, having obtained the STEP Diploma, further signifies his specialism and expertise in this area.
