Derek is a Solicitor within our Private Client department. He studied at the University of Central Lancashire and the College of Law, Chester and qualified as a Solicitor in 2006, having been a trainee with the firm.
Derek specialises in the making of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and the administration of Estates and Trusts, and has dealt with a number of matters advising clients in relation to potentially contentious Wills and Estates.
He is currently studying the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners ('STEP') Diploma, completion of which will further signify his specialism and expertise in this area.
