The Commercial Property Team within Armitage Sykes LLP deals exclusively with matters relating to commercial property. Commercial property consists of retail office and industrial buildings and development property. Retail premises include all shops, restaurants, fast food establishments, pubs, hairdressers, newsagents, showrooms amongst others. Industrial buildings include warehouses, manufacturing premises, workshops, mills, factories, car parks and other similar uses. Although 'commercial property' does not usually include residential property for our purposes where residential property is not used by owner occupiers or where land is developed for residential use, this forms part of commercial property.
